学术经历 

从事子宫颈癌、食管癌、肺癌和乳腺癌的病因、实验室筛查方法学研究，在以下方面取得成绩： 

1. HPV病毒在女性普通人群、宫颈癌前病变和浸润癌人群的基因分型实验室工作；HPV病毒在口咽癌的全国多中心研究实验室工作。 

2. 宫颈癌早期标志物的体外诊断技术的分析灵敏度和临床灵敏度研究；不同检测技术平台的评价；简单快速适合低卫生资源地区的筛查技术探索；宫颈标本不同采集介质的临床有效性评估。 

3. 子宫颈癌疫苗的临床试验：作为中心实验室负责人参与中国宫颈癌疫苗的临床试验，例如：默沙东、葛兰素史克和厦门万泰不同发酵工艺疫苗的临床效果评价研究。 

4. 利用二代测序技术探索上消化道癌症（食管癌和胃癌）、女性下生殖道与微生物群落相关关系研究。利用人工智能图像识别技术描述微生物群落：女性阴道分泌物nugent评分、胃液微生物分布等。 

5. 其它癌症筛查手段研究：容积超声用于乳腺癌，溶瘤病毒检测用于肺癌筛查。
